• Software to be hosted by D-SIMLAB
• Customer can access through the internet
• Service level to be defined
• License fee proportional to # of flight hours supported and $$-value of shipset
• Several years of minimum engagement time

Subscription

• Annual subscription fee for using the software
  • Depends on duration
• Upgrades will be provided as soon as they are available
• Right to use ceases with expiry of subscription

Benefit sharing

• No need for customer to license software
• Baseline model to be agreed with customer
• D-SIMLAB carries out all optimisation tasks
• Service level to be defined
• D-SIMLAB earns percentage of $$ saved w/r to baseline model
• Several years of minimum engagement time
