Troublemaker Identification

Troublemakers are parts whose performance in terms of reliability, repair or re-order is not meeting expected performance and may have an impact on the overall Service Level performance.

The Troublemaker Identification function enables continuous monitoring of relevant events to identify such trouble-making part numbers. Troublemakers identified will be reported to the User, and the User can then prioritise corrective actions accordingly and also decide whether and to what extent planning parameters such as MTBUR or Repair Turnaround Time should be adjusted.
