Leon F. McGinnis

Leon F. McGinnis is Eugene C. Gwaltney Professor of Manufacturing Systems at the world's leading Industrial & Systems Engineering school at Georgia Institute of Technology, where he also serves as Associate Director of the Manufacturing Research Center and founding Director of the Keck Virtual Factory Lab. His world-leading research focuses on the application of operations research and computer science to solve decision problems arising in the design and operation of industrial logistics systems. He has a long collaboration track record with the D-SIMLAB founders in various semiconductor manufacturing and logistics related research projects.

Oliver Rose

Oliver Rose holds the Chair for Modeling and Simulation at the Institute of Applied Computer Science of the Dresden University of Technology, Germany. He received an M.S. degree in applied mathematics and a Ph.D. degree in computer science from Würzburg University, Germany. He is a well-known researcher in the areas of operational modeling, analysis and material flow control of complex manufacturing facilities, in particular, semiconductor factories. He is also a member of IEEE, the INFORMS Simulation Society as well as the Working Group Simulation (ASIM) in Germany.
